The Educators’ Cooperative is a mutual aid network for public, charter, and independent teachers.
Our Programming builds bridges between different sectors and schools so no teacher is isolated from the support they need to thrive—and so no good idea gets stuck in any one classroom.
Through teacher-led programs, in-classroom support, and community partnerships, EdCo provides the space and resources educators need to stay in the classroom and have the greatest impact on Nashville’s students.
