EdCo Exchange is a program designed to provide hands-on, on-site support for teachers inside their own classrooms. For an Exchange, any Member requesting support will be matched with another Member, EdCo Staff, or Community Partner to fulfill their specific need.

What is EdCo Exchange?
Members can solicit one-time or reoccurring support. Requests can be specific (“I need someone to cut out 400 stars and pin them into my ceiling tiles…by Tuesday!”) or generic (“I’d like to receive feedback onmy teaching style.”) Needs vary from in-class activities (“We need anextra set of eyes for writing conferences, please.”) to professionalsupport (“Will someone give me ideas for revisions on my resume? I’mapplying for Team Lead this year!”)

EdCo Exchange encourages Member to imagine what their students could do when connected to a larger community. The program seeks to remove barriers for teachers to deliver exceptional learning by giving Member-teachers access to our network. The EdCo Program Coordinator manages logistics, so that teachers can access the support they want.
