Carlton Adkins
Carlton Adkins teaches art and video production in the public school system of Nashville at LEAD Cameron. His motto is, as it pertains to film and TV production; “I want my students to learn early what I learned late.”
He has a B.F.A in Film from Watkins College of Art and Design and a Masters in Education from Tennessee State University—as well as real world experience in the film and television industry.
Carlton has worked on the Tom Hanks film The Green Mile, the reality TV show(s) The Road to Stardom and Nashville Star, and Nashville’s first 48HR Film Project.
