Amy Nystrand
Amy serves double duty as the Executive Director of EdCo and teaching middle school math part-time everyday.
Advisory Committee
Our Advisory Committee (AC) is a testament to EdCo’s commitment to be for teachers, by teachers. We are proud to say each of its Members remain active in schools and classrooms, providing unique insight into the professional education space. The AC is coequal to our Board of Directors and guides all of EdCo’s Programming and Programmatic decisions to ensure they remain relevant to day-to-day teaching. Additionally, the AC ensures Staff and Leadership maintain fidelity to Member-teacher needs.
Carlton Adkins
Carlton Adkins teaches art and video production in the public school system of Nashville at LEAD Cameron.
Kevin Foster
Kevin has served on the EdCo Advisory Council since 2021. He is an experienced middle grade literacy educator who started his career through Teach For America.
Jansen Gibson
Jansen Gibson is a multidisciplinary educator and the owner of Jansen Gibson Education.
Susanna Holloway
Susanna Holloway teaches middle and high school math at Meigs Magnet Middle School in East Nashville.
Chris Martin
Christopher Martin is a professional educator who has served in public schools for 18 years.
Mike Mitchell
I serve as the Kids on Stage Art Director for Mount Pleasant Schools in historically rural Mount Pleasant, TN.
Christine Park
Christine Park teaches eighth grade English at the University School of Nashville, where she champions the idea that joy and rigor should go hand in hand.
Victoria Roca
Originally from New York, Victoria is an elementary school teacher who now calls Nashville home.
Isbel Salgueiro
Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Isbel has a bachelor's degree in English and a master's in Curriculum and Instruction from Florida International University.
Rosalie Shays
Rosalie Says is a sixth grade EL math teacher at Thurgood Marshall Middle School.
Randi Stephens
Dr. Randi Harrison-Stephens is an assistant principal at KIPP Nashville with a critical focus on ensuring all students are proficient readers.
Chris Taylor
Christopher Taylor is a visual arts instructor at Napier Elementary and artist. He is originally from Memphis, TN and has been teaching art for 9 years.

Ann Tierno She is the computer science teacher at Paragon Mills Elementary School in Nashville, TN.

Working with EdCo since 2022, Daniel Lucca Pujol is a multimedia author and lifelong Tennessean who currently resides in Nashville.

The empowerment of Nashville teachers as change agents across all school types continues to be what draws Lindsay to The Educators’ Cooperative.
Natalie Sessoms
Natalie helps bring the EdCo’s purpose and values to life by creating a warm, welcoming spirit at events, fostering community connections, and ensuring every gathering reflects the organization’s values.
