The empowerment of Nashville teachers as change agents across all school types continues to be what draws Lindsay to The Educators’ Cooperative. With experience as a parent, teacher, instructional coach, school-based administrator, and district-level administrator over the past ten years in both Nashville’s public and charter school systems, Lindsay has seen firsthand that when teachers feel trained, inspired, and supported, schools become transformational places for student learning.
A proud Cohort 3 Member, Lindsay credits EdCo with helping her stay in the profession during the toughest early years of teaching. Today, she is committed to helping more educators discover EdCo, find community, and hold onto the energy and creativity needed to innovate in their classrooms.
