Dr. Randi Harrison-Stephens is an assistant principal at KIPP Nashville with a critical focus on ensuring all students are proficient readers. She is a dynamic education leader and literacy expert with a proven record of driving academic excellence.
With a Doctorate in Education Leadership from Vanderbilt University May, 2022, Dr. Harrison-Stephens specializes in culturally responsive teaching, equity-focused practices, and restorative education.
As the K-5 Dean of Humanities and Reading Specialist at Nashville’s East End Prep in Nashville, she led her school to TN Reward School status and top-tier performance on state assessments.
Additionally, her innovative approach to curriculum design and educator coaching have resulted in significant student growth and a 90% teacher retention rate.
She has consulted nationally, developing impactful curricula and teacher training programs that close opportunity gaps.
