Dee Wilcox is an experienced technology executive with more than twenty years in software engineering and nearly a decade in technology leadership. She is passionate about improving tooling and materials for teachers and driving student outcomes, launching products, building high-performing teams, and creating work cultures that foster creativity, speed, innovation, and trust.

Throughout her career, Dee has partnered with product and business stakeholders to build technology strategies that meet business goals with sound, scalable architecture. She has led global, diverse teams through periods of rapid expansion and 10x scale, as well as through more conservative times that required reducing technology spend while continuing to deliver against the roadmap.

Dee holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership and Management from Regent University and a Master’s of Business Administration in Information Technology Management.
