“As a Board Member, what I admire most is that EdCo puts teachers first. I’m not an educator, but EdCo makes it possible for me to contribute in a real way. Being involved has opened a door to a world I care about deeply, and it’s been genuinely rewarding. EdCo isn’t about quick wins. They do the patient, systems-level work our schools need—listening to educators, bringing partners together, and following through until progress is real and measurable. I’m proud to support EdCo and hope you’ll join me. When teachers thrive, students thrive—and so does Nashville.” – Turner Delano
