“The mission resonates deeply with me because it honors both the lived experience of veteran teachers and the passion of those just starting out. By building connections and offering support, EdCo empowers educators to not only thrive in their roles but also to sustain their love for teaching. For me, being part of EdCo means contributing to a community that lifts up educators at every stage of their journey. It’s work that matters, because when teachers feel supported and valued, our students and communities thrive too.” – Tomas Yan
