An EdCo Teacher Leader Project is an opportunity for an EdCo member who has demonstrated meaningful engagement with the network through participation for at least one calendar year, who has submitted a Teacher Leader Project Proposal in their area of expertise, and who has the desire and ability to support other EdCo Members. 

The role of a Teacher Leader is to expand EdCo programming through a specified, time-bound project. Teacher Leaders are Members who work directly with other Members, acting as a resource to support the development of teachers across sectors.

EdCo Teacher Leaders are selected bi-annually by our EdCo Advisory Committee. They are EdCo Members who work directly with other Members, acting as a resource to support the development of teachers across divisions and sectors. They do this by collaborating with EdCo Staff and other Members to expand EdCo’s programming through a specified, time-bound project.
